On-line Booking Instructions

1. Choose the performance that you want to book tickets for.
   
   
2. Click the ‘BUY NOW’ link.
   
   
3. Select the date and time of the performance and click ‘Buy Tickets’.
   
   
4. Select the price band and the amount of tickets you would like to book and click the ‘Continue’ button.
   
   
5. Select your concessions and click the ‘Continue’ button.
   
   
6. Check your ticket summary, if this is correct click the ‘Continue’ button. Please note the system will allocate the best available seats - you cannot book specific seats. This is where you will see the seats, area and row you have been allocated and a seating plan.
   
   
7. Enter your personal details and credit card details. Please note we charge a processing fee of £2 per transaction (not per ticket).
   
   
8. Click the ‘Purchase’ button to complete the transaction – you may wish to print the Transaction Complete page for your reference.
   
   
9. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
   
   
10. All tickets purchased within the UK more than 7 days prior to your chosen performance will be posted to you.
    
    Tickets purchased from outside the UK or less than 7 days prior to your chosen performance will be held at the Assembly Rooms Box Office in your name to be collected immediately before the start of the performance.
