Wheelchair Users

• Most public areas, except the balcony of the Assembly Rooms and Guildhall Theatre are accessible.
• Wheelchair spaces are available in both theatres, please advise the Box Office at the time of booking to ensure a seat is allocated accordingly.
• Lift Access to the Assembly Rooms is available via a lift from our car park

Visually Impaired

• Assistance dogs are welcome at both venues. Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance.

Hearing Impaired

• An infrared sound system is available in the Great Hall of the Assembly Rooms and the Guildhall Theatre.
• Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking, as the system works in certain areas of the Great Hall and the appropriate seat will be allocated.
• Headsets and hearing aid attachments are available for your free use, simply ask the Duty Manager.
